"The office morale committee helps keep the staff cheerful and makes holidays at work full of joy. I am so grateful for the spirit they bring to Texas Children's. We had a huge Thanksgiving feast for lunch this year and then another Christmas party a couple of weeks later. It was so kind and made me feel appreciated. I also greatly appreciate the investment the company is making towards my continuing education. They are funding me to attend a national conference shortly and it is so exciting for me to have a learning opportunity like this."
"TCH has an exceptional culture that makes it a great place to work. Everyone, from our physicians to EVS works a a team and we hold each other to a higher standard of care. I feel my direct manager appreciates me as a person and as part of her team. Our unit has multiple outside of work activities every year and almost 100% of the staff attends. We all know each other's families and come together when a person is in need, be it financial or emotional. I love working at TCH."
