Ayano “Sena” Senaha

Since 2021, Ayano Senaha has overseen human resources, risk management, corporate communications and group governance at Recruit Holdings, the parent of Indeed and Glassdoor. She joined the Japanese company in 2006 and transferred to its newly acquired UK staffing company in 2012, later turning around its financial performance after becoming managing director in 2014. Alongside her role as Recruit’s chief operating officer, she became Indeed’s chief people officer in September 2025.
