Manish Shah

Manish Shah is ServiceNow’s Chief Transformation Officer, who partners with leadership of ServiceNow’s largest healthcare & life sciences customers on driving transformational outcomes.​

Prior to joining ServiceNow, Manish was the Global CIO for Community Health Systems (NYSE: CYH). He also held senior leadership roles at Advocate Aurora Health Care (previously Aurora Health Care), Information Resources, Inc. (IRI), and Caremark. ​

Manish serves on the boards of Quanex (NYSE: NX) and Gibraltar Industries (NASDAQ: ROCK), as well as the National Philanthropic Trust (NPT), one of the largest grant-making organizations in the country. He is a Nashville Health Care Council (NHCC) Fellow and was named a ComputerWorld Top 100 IT Leader.
