Creatine has well-documented strength and cognitive benefits—plus it’s one of the most researched supplements out there for high-intensity performance. Creatine gummies are easy to stash in your desk or work bag, and you can skip the scooping and measuring that comes with using a creatine powder.

We tested Create Creatine Gummies hands-on, considering factors such as taste, value, dosage, certifications, and more. Our tester, Gwen, provided her feedback. Read on for our full review!

After testing over 10 creatine supplements, we gave Create Creatine Gummies a 4 out of 5 score.

Our Experience with Create Creatine Gummies

Create Creatine Gummies are vegan creatine gummies that are NSF Certified for Sport. They’re made with a pectin-based formula that is free of multiple allergens, including dairy, soy, casein, and whey.

Create Creatine Gummies Review

These creatine gummies are available in six different flavors, making daily supplementation enjoyable enough to build lasting habits while still hitting clinically effective creatine targets. Our tester, Gwen, shared her feedback on what she liked and didn’t like, and whether she’d take these creatine gummies long term.

What We Liked

Here’s what Gwen rated highly after trying Create Creatine Gummies.

  • First impressions (5 out of 5): Gwen liked the logo, color of the container, and its clean design and font.
  • Ease of reading and following instructions (5 out of 5): “The instructions are easy to follow, as all you need to do is take three gummies per day at any time of the day,” Gwen said.
  • Swallowability (3 out of 5): “These gummies are a hexagonal shape about the size of a quarter. They definitely look and feel soft, which is nice, too,” per Gwen.

What We Would Change

Here’s what Gwen would improve about Create Creatine Gummies.

  • Taste (3 out of 5): While the gummies’ texture was good, Gwen didn’t like the flavor or the aftertaste. That said, she tried the sour cherry, and there are five other options available (including sour peach, blue raspberry, and sour green apple), as well as a variety pack. While Gwen’s not the biggest fan of sour cherry, she recognized that some people might enjoy it, and she could see herself enjoying some of the other flavors.
  • Value (1 out of 5): The only real way to save on these creatine gummies is to buy multiple months at a time, which can be risky if you’re trying them for the first time. Without a subscribe and save discount, one month’s supply will cost $2.41 per serving.

We tested five other creatine gummies—check out our full list.

Who It’s For & Who It’s Not For

Create Creatine Gummies are for:

  • Shoppers who want to supplement with gummies rather than a powder or capsule
  • Folks who want to easily increase their creatine doses, depending on their goals
  • People who are following a vegan, gluten-free, or dairy-free diet

Create Creatine Gummies may not be ideal for:

  • Folks who want to avoid sugar in their supplements
  • Shoppers who prefer unflavored, powder creatine
  • Budget-conscious people

If you’d rather go with a more traditional, powder creatine, here’s our list of the best creatine supplements of the year.
