Energy
EOG Resources (No. 201) announced that Ann D. Janssen will retire as CFO, effective Jan. 1, 2027. Janssen has been with the company for more than 30 years and will be succeeded by Jeffrey W. Hibbard, who currently serves as the company’s SVP, Finance. Before joining EOG last year, Hibbard worked at Morgan Stanley (No. 39) for 20 years.
Health care
Becton Dickinson (No. 211) appointed Arthur Hu EVP and Chief Information and Digital Officer, effective Sept. 30. Hu previously served as CIO and Chief Technology and Delivery Officer for the Solutions and Services Group at Lenovo Group (No. 153 on the Fortune Global 500). He will succeed Denise Russell Fleming, who will retire at the end of the year.

Walt Disney (No. 44) appointed Karandeep Anand to the newly created position of Senior Executive Vice President and CTO, effective Oct. 2. Anand was most recently CEO of Character.AI and previously held roles at Brex, Facebook (part of Meta Platforms (No. 17)), and Microsoft (No. 11).
Wholesalers
Gold.com (No. 398) appointed Jill Van CFO. She previously served as the company’s EVP, Controller and Assistant Secretary. She succeeds Cary Dickson, who retired but will serve as a consultant to the company for the year following his retirement.
