The Blackstone Group has completed its previously-announced acquisition of Vivint, a Provo, Utah-based provider of provider of home technology services, at an enterprise value of just over $2 billion. Vivint had been 50% owned by Goldman Sachs, Jupiter Partners and Peterson Partners – all three of which sold their stakes to Blackstone.
