By registering for Brainstorm Design which would be held on 06 December 2023, (the “Event”), I acknowledge that the Event is open to press coverage and may be filmed, blogged, tweeted, streamed, webcast, broadcast, and otherwise recorded, displayed, performed, reproduced, and distributed and that I may be depicted and otherwise recorded and hereby irrevocably permit my voice, name, likeness, identification, contact information, and actions to be depicted, recorded and otherwise used by Fortune Media (USA) Corporation (“Fortune”), its affiliates, successors and assigns, and its business partners, including Event sponsors, for conference attendees lists, promotion, advertising, marketing and other purposes. I hereby waive all rights and claims related to the above, including, but not limited to, any intellectual property rights and claims for compensation with respect to the press coverage and recording of the Event.
